I heart MAC

There are so many eye shadow that I HAVE TO HAVE!!!!! Maybe I can get a few but how on earth do I pick them LOL It's so unfair, if only I could have every single colour!! Probably never have to time to use them all but never mind.....

Anyway, I have let Steven know that for my birthday, and MAC stuff would be greatly appreciated :D

Yes indeed! I got a little MAC gift bag from my fiancee on my last birthday too (pigment, lipglass, and mascara). Have you started using the Prep'n'prime? I'm nearly at the end of my first bottle. I'd be interested in hearing your thoughts on it. :)

hey liz - aren't fiances great :)

I love the prep 'n' prime collection! I didnt try the eye primer, but I did try the lip, lash and skin and love all of them!! My skin felt smmoth and soft, I also found it helped to keep my skin getting dry like it someetimes does too! How do you like it? I heard it caused some people to break out but I was fine luckily? Did you have any problems?

I've only used their prep'n'prime for the face (the one without the SPF). I didn't experience any breakouts but I didn't really think it made my tinted moisturiser/foundation stay put any longer. It did, however, make my skin feel smooth, but I think Smashbox Photo Finish does a better job. After I'm done with the little bits that's left, I'm switching to Smashbox. Will be able to compare after a few weeks of use. :)

I have heard good things about the smashbox one too but Im not aware of anyone who sells it in the UK, Let me know what you think of it please, im interested to see what you think :)

I've used a tester tube of Photo Finish with SPF and Dermaxyl Complex before (which lasted at least 15 uses). I still have a bit of it left. Photo Finish is silicon-based I believe, so the skin doesn't actually absorb the product. I think that's why it's able to create a smoother canvas than MAC's Prep'n'Prime. I've read on MUA that people break out after using it, but I didn't (my skin is rather dry, so I rarely experience break-out). I got a bottle of the regular Photo Finish (no SPF) on the Aer Lingus flight, but Smashbox is readily available in department stores here. I think John Lewis carries Smashbox, though it might be in select stores only. I'll let you know for sure what I think of it after I'm at least halfway through the bottle. :)
